I love reading writing tips. They are great!
There’s something that I have started noticing with a lot of these “tips", though.
They have no connection to me.
It’s as if the author has recognized there’s an insatiable need, by the average reader, to consume enabling content.
That elusive promise of riches in writing - if you follow this list. Or you do this research, and so on.
But nowhere, do you feel the author’s experience of such guidance. Their personal “touch" of the iced content they feed you.
There’s a cunning hint of copy, paste with content massage going on!
I don’t know. Do you think I am imagining this?
